PureGlo offer flexible packages tailored to our clients, from basic maintenance and servicing contracts to full customer care packages including fuel supply and energy billing.

Maintenance and servicing

PureGlo offer a complete maintenance service for our installations. This includes daily monitoring and servicing at monthly intervals.

Remote monitoring

Our service engineers have a remote link to all of our installations and monitor each system twice daily to check that the boiler is functioning correctly and to ensure that any minor faults are swiftly detected and rectified.

Monthly servicing

This involves the inspection, cleaning, repair and (where applicable) lubrication of:

boiler equipment
flue
ash removal system
pumps and pipe work
augers and fuel feed system

Billing and Customer Care Services

For community / district heating systems, PureGlo offer an billing and customer care service. To the end user, we operate as an energy supply company. Like a standard utility company we meter the heat energy supplied and charge for individual heating and hot water consumption on a competitive pre-agreed tariff.

Customers also enjoy additional benefits of inclusive regular servicing and monitoring of the boiler system along with the peace of mind that comes from knowing there is a back up boiler to avoid the inconvenience of individual boiler breakdown. Maintenance costs are shared and incorporated into the price of the energy (or standing charge) to protect end users from the high cost of individual boiler replacement.
