Design and Installation
We have assembled a specialist team to handle all aspects of the design and installation process including offering specific advice on the selection of specific wood fuels (chip and pellet) taking account of environmental, design and cost considerations.
Our partner construction company are able to undertake the building of purpose built energy centres and refurbishment of existing premises. PureGlo's design team work closely with equipment suppliers and our chosen mechanical and electrical contractors to ensure the installation of boiler equipment and heat distribution system runs smoothly.
We liaise with the relevant authorities to ensure that the installation complies with current legislation including the Clean Air Act as well as local building control regulations and we will obtain licences required for works to be carried out.
Our project managers work in close consultation with you, your architects and surveyors to produce the most practical and cost effective solution to meet the needs of end users and developers and to be in harmony with the site and the surrounding environment.
After sales support
Following installation, we offer a high quality after sales service including commissioning, full handover and training.
Service and Maintenance
PureGlo service contracts provide regular servicing in accordance with equipment manufacturers' recommendations. If specified, we will provide remote monitoring of energy centres to detect minor faults so they can be rectified quickly before they have chance to develop further.
Regular weekly and monthly servicing involves inspection, cleaning, lubrication and repair of boiler and flue equipment, ash removal systems, pumps and pipe work, augers and fuel feed systems.
Financial assistance
Government assistance is available, subject to certain criteria, towards the capital cost of biomass wood fuel installations. We offer advice and assistance with grant applications, plus a range of financing options.
